All correct

I received the product in good condition. It is exactly as described and appears to be of good quality. There was a delay in Russia during the shipping process as it was held up at customs for about a month. However, it finally arrived 3 month later. The customer service was excellent when I contacted them via email; they were attentive and friendly.
